A note from the founder
We grew up with controllers in our hands.
Most of us closing deals today grew up on Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox. Leveling up, earning XP, seeing who's online — that's native wiring for our generation. Meanwhile wholesale real estate still runs on dead email lists and paranoid Facebook groups.
I'm Matt, founder of CHAARM AI & Automation — a technology company that owns and builds a portfolio of products for operators. That portfolio includes Hummingbird Growth and Automation, an Inc 5000 company in the financial services industry. It also includes Woodpecker AI, Mockingjay AI, and Cardinal Equity, my own live wholesale real estate operation. We build products that real operators actually use.

Yes and no. It's a real multiplayer web platform built on real-time game engine technology. You log in, you get an avatar, you walk a map, you see other real people on the map, you interact with real properties and real deals. But it's built for business, not entertainment. The game mechanics exist to make reputation visible and deal flow social — not to be a toy.
During the closed beta, founding partners pay nothing. After public launch, pricing will be tiered (buyer, seller, pro). Founding partners get lifetime locked-in pricing — whatever we charge in year three, founders will never pay.
If you're a wholesaler: just your normal deal flow. We don't need exclusivity, contracts, or exit fees. List your next 10 deals on Ground Game alongside wherever else you already post them.
